Lee Morrison was born in Australia and has been working in professional kitchens for 27 years. Lee has traveled and cooked throughout the world including top restaurants in Australia, Ski resorts in France, beachside cafes in Turkey and for the rich and the famous on movie sets in the UK just to name a few. In recent years he ran his own restaurants in Australia and in Den Haag (Café 42)
